Moist weather were forecast to persist along large portions of eastern Queensland this next several days as a low-pressure trough continued to pull in damp air against the coastal areas.

Tomorrow was forecast to be the most rainy day, with continued storm activity predicted across different parts of both states.

Health Warning

Health officials cautioned that there was an higher risk of epidemic thunderstorm asthma across the state's northern country region, specifically given the ongoing climate situation.
